Chile is now well established on the world wine map,
although the problem is that quality can vary greatly from one vintage to the
next. We tried the wines from this vineyard two years ago and were impressed,
so here they are on our shelves. Unoaked with a
brilliant pale yellow colour, this delicious
Chardonnay shows delicate tropical fruit and bananas in the mouth, with floral
overtones on the nose. The palate is complex, fresh, dry and expressive and is
the perfect foil to white meats and salads.
