The Nottage Hill range was named in honour of Thomas Nottage who managed Hardys Tintara winery and vineyards at McLaren Vale in South Australia for over 60 years. The fruit for this Chardonnay has been sourced from a variety of regions to create a full-flavoured white with rich tropical fruit, complemented by vanillin oak characters. While drinking beautifully now, it can be successfully cellared for 2-3 years.
