A
very good wine from the variety that South Africa has made its own – very
approachable and easy drinking in style, but with great depth and subtlety too,
with smooth tannins and a quality length of aftertaste. The colour
is inky purple-black, while there are big soft sweet strawberry fruit flavours on the nose, and a clean taste on the palate that
is a far cry from the Pinotages of even 5 years ago.
Voici un très bon vin d’un cépage
né en Afrique du Sud – très facile à boire, mais intense et subtil à la fois –
aux tannins doux et doté d’une agréable longueur en bouche. Cette excellente
cuvée à la robe carmin profond développe des parfums délicats de fraise, et des
arômes pleins de fraîcheur.
