Cuvée Margot (Rosé)
This AOC Coteaux d’Aix en Provence belongs to the Western part of the
limestone area of Provence, and is an area that has benefited hugely
from improved vinification techniques. Cuvée Margot is a
very feminine rosé, light, off-dry, with delicate fruit flavours,
yet enough body to stand up to a typical Provencal dish, like ratatouille and
grilled fish. Served chilled it makes a
delicious aperitif.
Sise entre la Durance au nord et la Méditerranée au sud, cet AOC appartient
à la partie occidentale de la Provence calcaire. Cuvée Margot est un rosé très féminin
de teinte légèrement saumonée qui traduit bien, par ses arômes d’abricot compoté, une vendange
bien mûre.
