Clairet is a dark pink wine style that recalls the sort of red wines shipped in huge quantities from Bordeaux to England in the middle ages, and which originally inspired the word Claret. Régis Chaigne is one of our favourite small growers, producing great value wines of character and style. This popular wine is fresh and fruity, should be drunk lightly chilled, and preferably within the next twelve months.
